The mould has been precision engineered from polyurethane, a self sealing material. The mould fits together perfectly using interlocking female/male nodules – this is to ensure dimensional accuracy, minimal blemishes and no witness line.
The structural timber frame has also been engineered to fit the polyurethane mould exactly. This ensures stability of the mould and again dimensional accuracy. Using the Armcon surefit system the clips fit together perfectly, and can be demoulded very quickly, meaning a very fast production time.
